Identifier schemes

Every item in the identifiers[] array of a sanctions record carries a type naming the scheme the number belongs to, so you can route a value to the right check instead of matching on the digits alone.

Read country alongside it, because most schemes are issued nationally.

The key is the literal the API serves. A description appears only where the source vocabulary carries one and it says something the label does not, which is why most rows have a label and nothing more: iban and passport need no gloss. An empty description means no description exists, never that the scheme is less supported than its neighbours.

These are the schemes observed in the source data so far. type is a plain string in the contract, not a closed enum, so a new scheme can appear without a schema version change. Match the schemes you care about and pass an unrecognized one through rather than treating it as an error.
