PEP positions
Each item in the roles[] array of a PEP record describes the post at two levels: position.title names the post itself, e.g. Member of National Parliament, and position.category places that post in the PEP category scheme, e.g. Members of Parliament, so you can group holdings without reading every post title.
position.category is null when the role has no category, and position.title can also be null.
position.category and position.title are plain strings in the contract, not closed enums, so a new category or a new position can appear without a schema version change.
